- Download the Riverside app before your interview
- No account creation required
- Click the session link from your Proofmap contact
- The link opens the app automatically
Camera Setup
- Position your phone horizontally
- Use the provided phone stand
- Position the selfie camera at eye level
- You may need to lower your chair slightly
- Record in landscape orientation
Lighting
- Primary light source in front (behind camera)
- A window provides natural light during the day
- Ring light at 45° angle if needed
- Keep room lights on; avoid harsh fluorescents
Audio
- Select option "Without Headphones"
- Ensure a quiet environment
- The app uses your phone's microphone
Background
- Stay 6+ feet away from walls
- This creates better depth of field
- Avoid sitting directly against walls
- Choose a clean, uncluttered background

- Don't close the Riverside app after your interview
- Your recording uploads automatically to the cloud
- Wait for confirmation before closing
- Delete the app after upload is confirmed
