When you contract with Proofmap, you get the efficiency and scale of AI and a dedicated team that ensures nothing ships half-baked.
Every time you ask a question in the Hub or submit a request for a new marketing asset, one of two things happens — or both at once:
- Your Proofmap agent handles it — orchestrated, tailored, and delivered for your business automatically.
- We pick it up — for requests that require human judgment, strategy, or creative work that AI can't yet own, our team figures it out and gets it done.
And when AI can handle it fully, you'll be among the first to benefit.
The Commercial Model
Driven by the “Source”
Our pricing is driven by the Source—the high-fidelity capture point. A single Source is the raw material that feeds our Structured Truth workflow to produce an unlimited arsenal of multi-channel assets.
As you add more Sources, you are not just buying content; you are building a proprietary knowledge graph that continuously trains the Proofmap Agent™ to generate increasingly accurate, brand-aligned, and hallucination-free outputs.
Managed Service & Core Platform Access Pricing
Every agreement includes 2 Power User licenses for the Proofmap Hub.
Contract Terms: We contract annually and pricing is based on the number of Sources contracted upfront. Sources will have a 20% overage fee for any additional during the term, or can be managed with a new annual extension with new volume pricing.

Payment & Billing Policy
Proofmap provides flexible payment options to align with your organization’s procurement standards.

Upfront Annual Option
Total Contract Value is due net 30 from the Start Date. Payment is accepted via ACH, Wire Transfer, or Check.

Monthly Installment Option
Total Contract Value is split into twelve (12) equal installments. This option is exclusively available via Credit Card or ACH Auto-pay.
Ownership & Rights
Upon full payment, the Client owns all rights to Final Deliverables (video files, PDFs, raw footage). Proofmap retains ownership of its Verification Marks but grants a perpetual license to display them on corresponding assets.
Validity & Status
Verification records remain “Active” for one year following approval. Annual status renewal and validity checks require an active paid service agreement.
